The life without medicine is the new approach everyone would like to follow. However, this does require certain discpline in day to day food habits as indicated in my earlier write up.
Once it is followed, results are certainly found to be absolutely encouraging. Dr. Biswaroop Roy Chowdhary's DIP Diet plan may be referred . One will wonder, how a two decades old blood pressure is brought under control with the diet plan and life continues without medicines . Similar is the case with diabetes. In a matter of 7 to 10 days medicines could be stopped/drastically reduced with strict following of the diet plan.
