Good afternoon to everyone.

The health tips are the most sought after point in today's times. Especially after the covid pandemic, the people all over have become conscious about health and consequently the health tips.

There is a saying that "good food is the good medicine". This holds good in reality. Need to avoid junk food is  very important . Home cooked food or food cooked in a most hygenic kitchen is what must be sought after. Again when we talk about food, the point to be borne in mind is that whether taste matters the most or the food that suits our stomach and the digestive system matters. Obviously the latter is the one to be chosen. The option however lies with each individual. 

The health being the top most priority as it should be, for  leading a life without struggle , let it be the right choice for a healthy food than a tasty-only  food. 

Here the point to be borne in mind is that the food in raw form, i.e. natural , works well with every human body. The taste is rather a matter of practice by adding salt, sugar,  spices, frying, deep frying,baking, etc.  

It is a concluded fact ,but most unknown to everybody, that  the plant food (not derived from animals including milk) in raw form is the right one that suits out digestive system. 

As a diabetic patient ,already on a medication, the discipline required is to avoid all fruits. By eating only fruits of all types, in a required minimum quantity of say 10 grams per body weight, can reduce the blood sugar count and in a very short period of few days, the blood sugar count comes down to the minimum as per  medical prescriptions that too after  withdrawing the medicines. Can anybody imagine a situation like this. It is true . There are more than half a lakh diabetics in India itself who could dispense with all medicines for diabetes, blood pressure, etc. 

Anyone willing to be a strict vegetarian and be ready to eat fruits and raw vegetables as salads, can achieve this. Yet, upto a quantity of 20% of the total food consumed as raw, the cooked food is also permissible .

Why not now everyone think of leading a health life unto the last breath instead of suffering from all types of organ failures and consequent allopathy medications coupled with unbearable hospital expenses.

This is a plan called DIP Diet prescribed by Dr.Biswaroop Roy Chowdhary ,who is a world famous dietician and has recently started a 500 bed hospital in Delhi,India where the diet plans can be undertaken under his direct supervision.Full details are available on his website which is traceable  through Google . This common plan not only works for BP, diabetes, cholesterol, but also for the  entire system in the body. Anyone interested can access his website or youtube videos and understand the method and follow withought having to spend anything on consultation even. Dr. has allowed this with an intention to promote the diet system for the benefit of every living  individual.

Everyone has a period of longevity in this world.In this short period, whatever way we create and help others create useful occasions and memorable events that gave people around relief from pain or made them feel happy are the points left over by each as values. Let us all attempt to create values for people in our circle as there exists nothing else that we can earn and will be received once we disappear from this materialistic world. Unsubscribe Good afternoon to All, Health tips is some times about healthy relations . Here the point of discussion of Maturity arises.  The assumption in the above picture looks very valid. Many a times we get into discussions or debates with an objective to win. Winning is a must but how we win is the most important point. Win-Win  is  the ideal one rather than just one of the two wins in a debate. The discussions especially in a close relations are to be directed in such a manner so that at the end the win-win situation arises thus keeping up the relations in tact. In a competion , the win win situation is not intended and  one of the two only can win.  Maintaining a good family and friendship relation is  most important in day to day life for a tension free life.
