Good Afternoon to everybody,




Health is always a subject that cannot be out of discussion points at any place or  time. Be it in a family, social gathering , office , etc. the point  attracts discussion.

While there are innumerable ways to maintain a healthy life, publicity and  promotion of health tips are being offered by corporate hospitals, dieticians ,  under various systems of medicines prevailing in each country like  allopathy , ayurveda, homeopathy, besides preventive measures such as yoga, diet plans and what not. 

One of the methods that  is popular is "Laughing loudly" for a few minutes everyday as it is said to be to achieve a sound heart function and thereby good health.It actually means"hearty laugh" more than an intentional one.

Now the point one may be surprised to learn here  is how a health ministry of a country has given out its communications always with either unknowingly or may be to help the listeners/readers to laugh heartily realising the inherent spelling or construction errors in the communications. A recent one that has come to the notice of the public is ...Happy indipedent day.....  "xxxx is our nation of father" and so on.

One can consider it a new therapy of building up good health, thought out especially without entailing any cost attached to it, more so during this financial crisis due to the pandemic.

Yet each one has own ways of maintaining health and it must be followed regularly. Health is Wealth  is a  proverb as well.

One of the recent suggestions we have seen is DIP Diet prescribed by Dr.Biswaroop Roy Chowdhary .It really works and every one of you may try as the plan suggested has worked well on many and if adopted ,surely good health can be maintained without having to spend huge amounts on medicines. Many a times we get into discussions or debates with an objective to win. Winning is a must but how we win is the most important point. Win-Win  is  the ideal one rather than just one of the two wins in a debate. The discussions especially in a close relations are to be directed in such a manner so that at the end the win-win situation arises thus keeping up the relations in tact. Once said,the words cannot be taken back.  All said and done, money plays an important role in our day to day life. There are instances of rich turning poor in a matter of days.Over confidence do not help us hold on the ground when bad time comes around.Sentiments too do not work out always favourably. Objective is to be for sustenance and attain growth step by step .Avoidance of fall backs calls for a cautious approach to issues .Alertness is what can help us to be proactive thereby avoiding unexpected pitfalls. To realise the value of One Week, ask an editor of a Weekly. To realise the value of One Day, ask a daily wage labour. To realise the value of One Hour, ask the lovers who are waiting to meet. To realise the value of One Minute, ask a person who has missed the train. To realise the value of  One Second, ask the person who has survived an accident. To realise the value of One Milli Second, ask the person missed Gold but got Silver Medal in Olympics. Time is precious and one should not miss out on account of it .
